This sweet strapless sweetheart neckline is the most perfect dress for all special occasions, we love it Lilly Allen style with converse and giant earrings. We have listed it as 1980's due to the fabric choice but it has that real 1950's vibe if you shortened it as it already has the puffy bottom vibe. Please note that the plastic boning needs looking at and the hem will probably need shortening to rid of the scuffs / dark marks.
