Gorgeous antique Art Deco compact in silver and gold color, engraved pattern throughout, known as a Guilloché, and featuring a lovely pink & blue flower enamel inlay. Inside, you will find a now empty side for face powder with a cover you twist open & closed, a single sided mirror, and a side with a brand new rouge cake, still intact and almost fully covered with foil. Comes with its original, never used makeup application puff on one side as well as an additional previously used puff on the other. This compact is just over 2 inches in diameter (see pix). Originally, this would come with a sort of bracelet / chain lanyard to wear this on your wrist to go dancing, not included but easily replaced with a substitution. Dates back to 1930’s -1940’s.
