Item is new and still on card with protective foam. It appears that this set was cut out of a larger cardboard piece. The sides aren't sealed on the cardboard but the top and bottom are still sealed and the packaging includes original foam so none will fall out. Plastic has yellowed a little bit and there is wear and damage due to age.
