This 12 foot DIY Pink Blush Balloon Garland kit includes :
--an assortment of 11” latex balloons in pearl white, clear with gold confetti dots, chrome gold, and pink blush (this look is achieved by "layering" two balloons, one inside the other, to create this special shade of blush**(see below for special instructions),
--a plastic decorator strip
--a dual hand pump
--instructions included; time is estimated at about 45-60 minutes to complete 6-8 foot section

Balloons will ship flat. This is a DIY kit to be put together by consumer. Pink blush balloons will already come layered, to use just inflate with hand pump as normal and tie off ends. Only the inside balloon tail needs to be tied, and it's ready to go!
