This listing is a chance to own the Original “Iggy” the Iguana. A famous rare Vintage Beanie Baby from 1993 - Tie-Die Neon and Blue Color. Recently one of these auctioned with all tags for $15,000 (see pic). Designated in the Top 30 rarest Beanie Babies in “TY” history.
Because Iggy was originally a young child’s toy we removed the large red “heart shaped” TY label. (Choking hazard). If that label was still attached, we would place this item for sale in excess of $3000 on another platform.
You cannot find “Iggy” the Iguana in this condition anywhere for this price. He has been in storage for over 20 years, and only shows very minor wear - with a couple loose threads hardly noticeable. Made exclusively for McDonalds.
