Designated as one of the world’s rarest plush animal toys, here is a chance to own Patti the Platypus. An original Vintage Beanie Baby from 1993 - Fushia Color. Recently one of these auctioned with all tags for $9000 (see pic). Top 30 rarest Beanie Babies in “TY” history.
Because Patti was originally a young child’s toy, we removed the large red “heart shaped” TY label. (Choking hazard). If that label was still attached, we would place this item for sale in excess of $5000 on another platform.
You cannot find “Patti” the Platypus in this Very Good condition anywhere for this price. She has been in storage for over 20 years, and only shows very minor wear - with a couple loose threads hardly noticeable.
