Vintage 70's girl's Polly Flinders navy blue long-sleeved smocked dress with pink and green floral embroidery. Has white eyelet collar, button closure in back, elastic waistband, and non-detachable waist ties.
Material tag is missing but suspect it's made of a polyester/cotton blend.
