These stars came out for sale in select stores in 2015 for the Honey Girl Collaboration. This is 1 out of 5 stars in all to complete the set that was released. Last picture is what the set looks like if you're lucky enough to collect them all.
These are extremely rare due to the limited amount available on the internet today.
