This is for a one leaf Monstera albo cutting with aerial root. It has been rooting in water and new roots have started growing out of the aerial root since it was cut. I know the variegation on this leaf isn't the best ever, but the coloring passing over the auxiliary bud indicates that the next leaf should have some nice variegation!
The last picture is of the original plant that this cutting came from before the first time I ever cut it to show you the high quality genetics this particular clone possesses
