1944 Marine Diesel Oil Engines 7th Edition - Volumes 1 AND 2

These were from my dad - original owner. They have some shelf wear which can be seen in the photos. The covers have some bends in a few corners. The pages are all clean except my dads name in volume one at the top of the first page. These are a fabulous history of Marine Diesels. Several pages have fold out pages of very detailed specs. So special! The books are over 600 pages each and are heavy weighing almost five pounds. By JWM Sothern - Member of the Institution of Engineers and Shipbuilders of Scottland. The books were printed in Scottland. A nice find for a collector. These are old - not perfect, but very clean. The pages have yellowed, but this can be expected for this age.
